Who is responsible

AnnoTracker is run by Anno One Corporation Ltd.

Each company that uses AnnoTracker decides what is entered about its people, projects and customers. We store and handle that information on the company's behalf.

Questions about personal data: hello@annoone.com.

What is stored

  • Your account: name, email address (if you have one), language, and your password as a one-way hash, never in plain text. Passkeys are stored as public keys.
  • Which companies you belong to and your role there. When you last logged in, which the company's owners and administrators can see.
  • The time you report, with comments, and a log of changes to it.
  • What the company enters: customers, projects, tasks, budgets, reports and their PDFs.
  • What you send us through the contact form or Help and support: name, email address, company, your message and, if you are logged in, the page you came from.
  • To stop the free trial being started again and again: scrambled values (hashes) of the owner's email address, its domain, the IP address and the company's organisation and VAT numbers. The values themselves are not stored in this list, and the hashes are removed after 24 months, also if the company has been removed.
  • Server logs with IP address and time, for running and protecting the service.

AnnoTracker only uses the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to protect forms. There is no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and nothing is sold or shared for marketing.

Where it is stored

On our own servers at STRATO in Germany. Emails (invitations, login and password links, questions about time, messages to support) are sent through the email service Resend.

The Chrome extension

  • The extension talks only to AnnoTracker. It sends the time you add and your favourite rows, and fetches your rows and today's time.
  • In Chrome on your computer it keeps the address and the connection code, a copy of your reminder settings and a running timer. The reminder settings are saved on your AnnoTracker account.
  • It does not read other tabs or websites, and it collects nothing about your browsing.
  • AnnoTracker only stores a hash of the connection code. You can disconnect on My page at any time, and the code stops working at once.

How long and how to remove it

The information is kept as long as your account and your company use AnnoTracker. To have your information corrected or removed, contact your company's owner or administrator, or us.
