This feature is not ready yet. This page describes how it is meant to work, so that you can prepare. You can't add a domain today.
What it is
With a custom domain you reach AnnoTracker on an address you own, for example time.yourcompany.com, instead of on annotracker.com. Your email links then go to that address too.
What it takes
- A subscription; the feature is not part of the trial.
- That you are an owner of the company.
- That you or someone else can change DNS for your domain.
A company can have one domain, and a domain can belong to only one company.
How it will work
- You type the address under Settings → Custom domain.
- You get two DNS records to add at your domain provider: one that points the address to us and one that shows the domain is yours. The exact values are shown there, so don't add anything yet.
- AnnoTracker checks the records. A DNS change can take a while to show.
- The https certificate is arranged automatically, and the address is then ready.
Passkeys and logging in
Passkeys belong to one address. Those you created on annotracker.com don't work on the new address, so each person adds a new one on My page. Passwords work as usual, but everyone needs to log in once more.
