Questions about price and payment
Who counts as a user?
Every active person in the company. People you have deactivated do not count, and neither do people who only appear in imported time without a login of their own.
What happens when the trial ends?
You choose a subscription to continue. If you don't, the account becomes read-only: you can log in, see everything and download reports, but not report new time. No data is deleted.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly or yearly. Receipts are in the app. Card payment opens soon; until then we will contact you before the trial ends.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. The subscription runs to the end of the period, and your data stays.
Who sells AnnoTracker?
Anno One Corporation Ltd in Cyprus. The price excludes VAT; VAT is added according to the rules for your country.
