How AnnoTracker works

1. Create your company

   Enter the company name, your name, your email and a password. You confirm the email, and the 14-day trial starts right away. No card needed.

2. Set up the company

   Choose the time zone, the day the week starts and how billed time is rounded. Everything can be changed later.

3. Add customers, projects and tasks

   Type them in one at a time, paste a whole task list, or import the time you already have from another system. Set a budget where you want to follow up.

4. Invite your team

   Enter the email addresses and choose a role. Decide who may report on which projects – per project, per customer or with groups.

5. Report time

   Everyone reports in the week view, the day view, on the phone or with the Chrome extension. Last week's rows are copied with one click.

6. Follow up and send reports

   See budget and remaining per project, and the team's week. Make a report for the customer, adjust it in a draft and download the PDF.

7. Lock the month

   When the month is invoiced you lock it, so no time is changed afterwards.
