A draft lets you polish a report before it goes to the customer. The time sheet doesn't change. The adjustments exist only in the report, and the PDF doesn't show that anything was adjusted.
Create a draft
Set up the report and choose Save as draft. At the bottom of the draft is the list Adjustments, and every adjustment can be undone.
What you can do
- Hide in the report: the row leaves the report, and Put back brings it back.
- Change hours or text in the report: type adjusted time, comment and task text.
- Merge the ticked rows: tick at least two rows in the same group. You can type an adjusted time and a comment.
Adjusted time becomes the report's final time; see the three times.
Replace in the time sheet
Owners and admins can choose Replace in the time sheet for an adjustment. It is the only time an adjustment changes the time sheet, and it follows the same rules as any other change: locked days stop it, and it is logged.
Only the text is replaced, never the hours. You change worked time with Change the time on the row.
Remove the draft
Owners and admins can choose Remove the draft.
