How the trial and the subscription work. The Subscription page is in the user menu, and only the company's owner can open it.
The trial
A new company can use everything free for 14 days, without a card. For the last five days, owners and admins see how many days are left at the top of the app.
Each company gets one trial. If the address or the company's email domain has already had one, the company is created without a trial, and the app says so at the top. If you are a different company, write to us and we will sort it out.
After the trial
Payment in the app is not open yet. When the trial ends we will write to you about payment. Nothing is removed, and you can keep working in the meantime.
What it costs
The price is €4 per active user and month, excluding VAT. If you pay for a year it costs €40 per user, which is ten months.
- Counted: active people who can log in.
- Not counted: deactivated people and people without a login from an import.
Under What it costs on the Subscription page you see the total for your company right now.
Billing details
Under Billing details the owner fills in company name, organisation number, VAT number, address and email for receipts. Changes are written to the change log.
Receipts
The list Receipts and invoices is empty until payment in the app is open.
