The roles
| Role | Can |

| Owner | Everything, including making others owners |
| Admin | Run the company, but not manage owners |
| Member | Report their own time, and see reports if given the right |
The role applies per company, so the same person can have different roles in different companies. Project lead is not a company role but something you are in a particular project.
Invite someone
Under Users, choose Invite user and fill in:
- Email and Role
- how far back the person may change their own time
- Reports, meaning which reports the person may see
- Groups
The link is valid for 7 days. You can resend or withdraw a waiting invitation.
The right to see reports
- No reports
- Projects they lead
- All projects they have access to
Owners and admins always see everything.
Deactivate a person
Deactivate removes the person's login to the company, but the time stays. Reactivate gives it back. You can't deactivate yourself, and the last active owner can't be deactivated or given a lower role.
People without a login
An import can create people who exist only so that their old time belongs to someone. They can't log in.
Overview
Owners and admins find Overview in the user menu: how many people you are, how much was reported in the last 12 weeks, who did not report last week and when each person last logged in. Last login is kept from October 2026 onwards.
